"Recycled" Rudd, or "Mad Monk" Abbott, which is less evil one? It's the agony of choice ...

We should boycott the entire election till there is someone actually worth voting for. But I guess it's better to vote for someone we don't want than to pay a small fine.

I was explained that you can actually avoid a fine if you notify in advance and come up with good reason/explanations... ("yours politicians are assoles" probably does not probably cut it though ;-)

One of my former colleagues has been absent for any level elections in this country for many years because he dislike hypocrite politicians. His reason to Australian Electoral Commission is that his religion forbids him to vote on Sunday. He was out of hook and fine every time.

He is currently working in London, drinking beer, making big money. He still doesn't vote.

Brilliant. Now if only we all had the cojones to do that we would send a real message to our esteemed politicians.

Considering we're all going to be voting for Tony Abbott, let's make a pact.

well NBN is going to become even more of a fuking farse under Abott
(to be honest i voted Labor only once - and that was in last one - and i voted purely and only for "do it right, do it with fiber" (or not do the thing at all and do some more better public hospitals, public transport etc)
